Started by Noemi and her husband Edmund, and now lovingly run by her twin sister Debbie and husband Tommy, every cup is a tribute to Noemi’s big heart.

At Noemi's Shave Ice Shack, every cup is filled with a variety of 9 different bright island flavors such as mango, guava, and blue Hawaiʻi, poured over soft, pillowy shave ice that melts like fresh snow. Hidden beneath it all is an optional scoop of real vanilla ice cream, topped with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk and a dusting of li hing mui powder for the perfect creamy, tangy finish. Together, the flavors are unexpected, layered, and unforgettable. The kind of taste you're still thinking about on the drive home.
You'll find us across San Diego at festivals like PIFA and the Filipino Friendship Festival, along with occasional private events. Wherever we are, we hope we can share our little corner of sunshine with you.
